New major optimization project in France

The large plant operator Veolia has appointed Dublix Engineering A/S to supply various optimization services at the STVL Limoges WtE plant in the south of France.

The project includes a full palette of Dublix Products and services such as:

  • High Level control based on the FuzEvent system
  • Modification to the secondary air injection system
  • Water cooling of the combustion chambers
  • Advance boiler cleaning based on the DD-Jet water cleaning system
  • Modifications to the automation system
  • Advise to mechanical adjustments at the combustion grate

The project shall increase the capacity on all three combustion streams at the STVL Limoges plant, each burning 4,5 t waste/hour and is expected to be completed during autumn 2008.This extended supply project is a major step ahead for Dublix Engineering A/S and shows the need in the marked for advanced competences related to improved operation of WtE plants.
