The FuzEvent Installation
The FuzEvent system is installed on both lines of the plant in April 2008. The project was successfully completed in July 2008.

Performance improvements on IVM Eeklo
Based on careful conducted performance test the client has approved that the FuzEvent System achieved a 33% more stable operation on line 1 and 50% more stable operation on line 2.
The performance evaluation is based on steam flow stability.

The Service Contract
In order to secure an ongoing focus on optimization by the FuzEvent system, The IVM Eeklo plant has subscribed to a Service Contract since 2008 for long-term partnership.
The following services are included in the contract:

• Engineering assistance per year by remote service, internet logon, or visits at the plant;
• Identification of cause of operation related optimization problems;
• Remedy of operating trouble related to optimization;
• Installation of new versions of the FuzEvent software;
• Introduction to the functions of the FuzEvent system to new operational staff;
• Training on-side the plant

DD-Jet Cleaning System Nozzle Head
Two DD-Jet Nozzle heads was in 2009 successfully installed on the boiler in a cleaning system originally delivered from from another supplier, the result was a significantly improved operation.
