Tyseley ERF plant operated by Veolia ES Birmingham Limited, is a member of Veolia UK group
This plant is operating 3 combustion lines (one hospital waste processing line and two municipal waste combustion lines with Steinmüller grates).

The Tyseley ERF Plant has obtained more than 40% increase in steam flow stability the FuzEvent has a runfactor of more than 95%. 

The FuzEvent system is installed on the two municipal waste combustion lines with an annual capacity of around 350.000 ton waste.
The aim for the optimization project was to improve the combustion stability and thereby to increase the overall capacity of the plant.
The optimization project was initiated October 2009 based on a feasibility study carried out by Dublix Engineering in order to identify areas of the combustion control which could be improved and result in an increased combustion capacity on the plant.
The clent agreed to install the FuzEvent system and this was successfully commissioned on-line controlling the combustion process already in January 2010 after 2,5 month of project implementation.
The results of the optimizad operation is an extensive increased steam flow stability as indicated on the attached trend curves from the plant.

The Tyseley plant has entered a Service Contract.
In order to secure an ongoing focus on optimization by the FuzEvent system, The Veolia Tyseley management has subscribed to a Service Contract since 2010 for long-term partnership.
The following services are included in the contract:  

• Engineering assistance per year by remote service, internet logon, or visits at the plant;
• Identification of cause of operation related optimization problems;
• On line Internet access in order remotely to carry our trouble shooting and modifications
• Remedy of operating trouble related to optimization;
• Installation of new versions of the FuzEvent software;
• Introduction to the functions of the FuzEvent system to new operational staff;
• Training on-site the plant
