Service Contracts

Experience shows that it is crucial to perform maintenance and update installed optimization systems in order to secure the best possible long-term operation of our technology. Typically, plants would require such services after the installation of the FuzEvent expert system in order to maintain and constantly improve the optimization results and the information of the employees to the system. The following plants are already benefitting from such contracts:

• Aars, Denmark, since 2006
• Bionerga, Houthalen, Belgium, since 2008
• IVM Eeklo, Belgium, since 2008
• Hallingdal, Norway, since 2008

Dublix Engineering wishes to be a professional partner and has therefore created a service contract in which it ensures:

• Prompt and professional service with updated personnel that will introduce to the plant specialists state-of-the-art ideas and methods related to the optimization systems installed;
• The plant will gain access to specialist assistance even when its usual contacts at Dublix Engineering are not directly available to visit the plant;
• Online internet connection from the headquarters of Dublix Engineering at Gentofte, Copenhagen, or other locations, to a computer system installed and operating the combustion process at the plant, which will facilitate necessary service;
• One or more annual visits at the plant, to discuss and plan major improvements of the plant and to train eventual new operator staff. During service visits, implementation of minor adjustments could take place;
• Continuous updating of the plant’s staff concerning the functions of the optimization systems.
