Fixing Equipment Bottlenecks

The plant might be facing various equipment bottlenecks that are constraining the operation of the plant, such as:

The primary or secondary or cooling air fan is too small, resulting in a reduced capacity of the plant. This problem can be solved either by installing a new fan or, if possible, by installing another impeller in the fan for higher pressure and/or yield.

The boiler is too small, resulting in a too high fluegas temperature at the boiler outlet. This problem is worsening as the boiler becomes dirtier with residues sticking to its surface. A cleaner boiler therefore shall reduce the problem and Dublix Engineering can install the DD-Jet boiler cleaning system for online and frequent cleaning (1-2 times per week) of the boiler passes.
