The DD-Jet Cleaning System has already been installed in 16 Waste-To-Energy plants in Europe. The latest references are shown below:

Installation of 4 nozzle head injection holes in order to clean the boiler at a rate of 15 minutes twice a week.
Fluegas temperature at the economizer was very sucesfully reduced by 120°C, which allows the plants to burn considerable more waste.
The Hallingdal project was commissioned during 3 days and completed, August, 2008.

Two DD-Jet systems covering all 3 combustion lines at this plant was sucesfully commissioned during 3 days and completed, September 2008.

The IVM Eeklo plant has successfully installed in March 2009 a DD-Jet Nozzle Head on their existent boiler cleaning system from another supplier that they had stopped using. The DD-Jet Nozzle Head is now operating on the plant's 2 lines.

  • Wijster, Essent Milieu; Nederland, Waste to Energy Plant

Three DD-Jet nozzle heads now installed the first DD-Jet was successfully tested 2009 on the
already existent boiler cleaning system delivered from another supplier. The successful
test with the DD-Jet Nozzle head resulted in a complete exchange of the nozzles
to the DD-Jet Nozzle head.

  • Veolia operated, Gioia Tauro; Italy, Fluidized Bed waste combustion plant.

The Gioia Tauro WtE plant operates two Combustion lines based on the Fluidized Bed technology from
Metso Power.

One DD-Jet automatic operated installation is serving both combustion lines. The Installation is commissioned November 2011.

  • Vaasa; Finland; Waste to Energy Plant.

This new WtE plant is delivered by Hitachi Zosen Inova AG.  Hitachi Zosen Inova has June 2011 chosen the DD-Jet
system for this brand new plant. One fully automatically operated DD-Jet system is serving four injection holes in second and third boiler passes. The DD-Jet system is commissioned November 2011.
