FuzEvent Reference List

The current employees of Dublix Engineering have more than 25 years of experience with high-level optimization systems.
Here is the list of the plants where Dublix Engineering A/S has installed the FuzEvent control system and the results they achieved:

  • Køping, Sweden (2004);  more stable operation, CO emission reduction, 850DegC/2 sec. limits within EU permits
  • Hallingdal, Norway (2005); CO emission within EU limits, 5-10% more waste throughput, 100% automatic control of setpoints and no set points adjustments by operators
  • AVR Rozenburg, Nederlands (2007-2008); 50% more stable steam production
  • Bionerga Houthalen, Belgium (2007); 35 % more stable steam production, increased steam set-point 3-4%, 95% of the time in automatic operation of all connected set-points
  • IBW Virginal, Belgium (2008); Automatic control more than 90% of the time, of all connected set-points
  • IVM Eeklo, Belgium (2008); 33% more stable operation on line 1 and 50% more stable operation on line 2, stable operation measured as variation in production of thermal power
  • STVL Limoges, France (2009); 3 WtE lines, increased waste capacity with 16-18 %, 10 % more steam production, all 3 lines completed with FuzEvent January 2009.
  • Sita Tees Valley EfW, Cleveland, Teesside, UK, (2011 in comissioning) Vølund grate based combustion lines to be stabilized.
  • Tyseley WtE plant, UK (2010) two Steinmüller combustion lines optimised with an increased stability of 40-50%.
  • Mataro WtE plant, Spain (2011 in commissioning) 2 WtE lines  with Martin grates to be optimized in connection to a major combustion upgrade project.
  • Veolia, Huancheng, Shanghai (Commissioned 2011) optimization of one WtE line with a Steinmüller grate. Target 30% more stability in the steam flow.
